Dear comrades, VKPB and VMGB activists, our friends and confederates in the communist, anti-imperialist and anti-fascist movement in Russia and abroad!

The Secretariat of the Central Committee of VKPB informs YOU that the site www.vkpb.ru is no longer the site of VKPB (Nina Andreeva). Former Secretary of the Central Committee L. Zatsepilov arbitrarily appropriated the party's website, blatantly ignoring § 33 of the Charter of VKPB, and now uses the site as a mouthpiece for anti-Andreevites previously excluded from the ranks of VKPB, who made numerous attempts throughout the history of the party to destroy the unity of our party, to destroy the party itself, and who ended up overboard. L. Zatsepilov publishes on the website frankly provocative and false materials that distort the position of the party and its Guidelines on certain issues of party policy in Russia and abroad. The position of the party, including on issues of concern to the communist movement, is clearly reflected in the official documents of the congresses of the party, the official documents of the Central Committee and the Secretariat of the Central Committee of VKPB, in the articles, speeches and reports of the General Secretary of the Central Committee of VKPB N.A. Andreeva. 

The only central site of VKPB is now the site www.vkpb-andreeva.ru. 

We assure YOU, our dear friends, that our party VKPB (Nina Andreeva) continues the struggle begun by N.A. Andreeva, for the destruction of the capitalist system temporarily victorious in the USSR as a result of the bourgeois counter-revolution, for the HISTORICAL TRUTH, continues the uncompromising ideological struggle against opportunism and revisionism in the communist movement, both against right-wing opportunism, reformism, European communism, and left-wing - Trotskyism, against anti-Stalinism, which plays the role of a Trojan horse in the communist movement, for the bolshevization of the communist movement, for the socialist revolution and the dictatorship of the proletariat, for the revival of socialism and the USSR, for the cause of the Great Lenin and the Great Stalin.

Despite all the frantic efforts of the ruling regime to destroy Bolshevism, its cause lives on and will live on! 

The Central Committee of VKPB congratulates ALL OF YOU on the 104th anniversary of the Great October Socialist Revolution, accomplished by the Russian proletariat in alliance with the poorest peasantry under the leadership of the Bolshevik Party led by the leader of the world proletariat Vladimir Ilyich LENIN and his faithful disciple Joseph Vissarionovich STALIN, and on the 30th anniversary of the creation of the All-Union Communist Party of the Bolsheviks - the party of NINA ANDREEVA.
